Hi Everyone! Hope 2026 has treated you well so far. I was in a major car accident Thanksgiving eve 2025 where I was hit ‘head on’. I am currently still slowly recovering (I still cannot take any of my deep tissue clients at the moment), and the brain fog has been real. With that said I have only scheduled 1 class at the moment via zoom. I’m hoping my fog lifts and once my head is a clearer, I will feel more comfortable teaching my class LIVE/IN PERSON. But for now, if my class schedule does not coordinate with your schedule, please reach out to me via email at JenChanMassageedu@gmail.com and let me know. Your instructor, Jennifer Chan, LMT, has been a massage therapist for 17 years and has been researching this topic since 2011. Jennifer is the first CHABA massage therapist out of the green closet here in Washington State and helped create the current CHABA law here. As a member of N.O.R.M.L. Women of WA, an organization that concentrates on normalization, education and outreach regarding cannabis, Jennifer has been involved in a variety of educational efforts around cannabis and CHABA products here in WA state. Her classes (ETHICS: CHABA & CANNABIS 101 AND
CANNABIS & CHABA 201) were designed to educate her fellow LMTs, Dept of Health Professionals, and also meets CE requirements for WA medical consultants in the 502 system. 101 has been updated and revamped for 2020 for better understanding as there was just WAY TOO MUCH information to get squeezed into 4 hours. (101 online via learn at your own pace is ready & 201 online via learn at your own pace is being worked on). This is “THE CANNABIS CLASS” you won’t regret taking. Cancellation Policy:
As of January 1, 2019, once registered there is a $25.00 fee on all cancellations, unless canceling 1 week before class. If canceling 1 week before class, there will be NO refunds. Depending on the situation, every effort may be made to accommodate students who either wish to move to another class date or another sponsored offering.
